| 摘 要： | 中国芝麻种质资源以分枝、三花、四棱蒴为主，茎秆茸毛量以中等较多，花色以淡紫、种皮色以白色为主。平均生育日数为１０１．５天，千粒重为２．６６ｇ；含油量、蛋白质含量分别为５３．５９％和２２．１２％，棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸含量分别为８．５６％、４．９２％、４２．２０％和４４．３３％。高耐渍、高抗枯萎病和茎点枯病材料分别有１９８、３５２和１５９份，占鉴定总数的４．８％、８．５％和３．８％。筛选出了一批优质、多抗资源。

| Abstract: | Most of the accessions from the sesame germplasm collection in China were in the types of branching, ternary-flower per leaf axil. four angular capsule. medium quantity of pubescence, light purple flower and white seedcoat. The average of growth period.1000 seed weight, oil and protein content in seed were 101.5D, 2.66g, 53.59% and 22.12%, while that of palmitic, stearic, oleic and linoleic were 8.56%, 4.92%, 42.20% and 44.33%, respectively. With highly resistance to waterlogging, Fusarium asinfectum and Macrophomina phaseolina accessions were 198,352 and 159 respectively, they taked 4.8%, 8.5% and 3.8% of the collection. Some accessions with good quality and high multipleresistance had been screened. |
