偏心轮推杆行星传动的啮合效率分析

摘    要:对偏心轮推杆行星传动进行了受力和啮合效率分析,导出了推杆移动副单面受力与双面受力时啮合效率的计算式,分析了偏心距e,移动副导槽长度LA,推杆与导槽之间的滑动摩擦角仇,内齿圈齿数Z以及尺度系数K对啮合效率的影响,指出了在满足传动性能和结构要求的前提下,提高啮合效率的途径和措施。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of stressing and mesh efficiency,the formulations of mesh efficiency for pushrod motion which stressed in both single side and two sides were inferred.The factors which influenced mesh efficiency were analyzed,for example,eccentric distance e,motion guide notch length LA,the angle of skids friction between throw-out lever and guide notch ?2,tooth number of the ring gear Z and dimension coefficient K etc.Pointed out the measures and approachs which improveed the mesh efficiency under the transmission performance and the structure request.
