摘 要: | 沙棘叶SDF提取最佳料液比为1:20。NaOH预处理最佳条件为50目,沙棘叶粉以1:20的比例用蒸馏水调浆,用NaOH调至溶液浓度为0.5%,在50℃条件下预处理2h。纤维素酶提取的最佳工艺条件为:加酶量50uL/g,温度50℃,时间4h,pH7.0。沙棘叶中原水溶性膳食纤维含量为11.38%,采用此工艺提取比原料中提高近2.5倍。H2O2漂白处理的最佳工艺条件为:浓度3%、温度25℃、pH值8.0条件下处理3h。

Abstract: | The best extracting liquid ratio of water-soluble dietary fiber from seabuckthorn leaf is 1∶20.Under the condition of 50℃,the ratio of the 50 eye powder of seabuckthorn leaf to distilled water is 1∶20,the solution concentration is controlled to 0.5% with NaOH,which is pretreated 2 h.The optimum conditions for cellulase extraction are enzyme concentration 50-μL/g,lasting out 4 h under 50℃ and pH7.0.The content of water-soluble dietary fiber from seabuckthorn leaf is 11.38%,the production efficiency by the extraction technology from raw materials increased nearly to 2.5 times.The optimum conditions for bleaching process with H2O2 are concentration 3%,temperature 25℃,pH 8 and lasting out 3h. |
