辣椒新品种赣丰辣玉的选育及栽培技术

赣丰辣玉是辣椒一代杂种。该品种生长势较强，株形紧凑，中熟。果实牛角形，味中辣，青熟果绿色，生物学成熟果鲜红色；果实纵径18．5cm，横径3．3am，肉厚0．3cm，平均单果质量47．0g，维生素C含量73mg／100g（鲜样质量），干物质含量8．36％。鲜椒产量38．0～60t／hm2。抗病，耐湿热。适于长江流域春夏露地栽培和大棚秋延后栽培。

Breeding and Cultivation of a New Hot Pepper Variety - Ganfenglayu

Ganfenglayu is a new mid-mature hot pepper F, hybrid of compact plants with strong growth vigour. It grows horn-shaped and mid-pungent fruit with green skin and bright red skin at maturity, 18.5 em long, 3.3 em wide, 0.3 em fruit-wall thiek and 47.0 g per fruit. Its vitamin C content is 73 mg per 100 g and its dry matter eontent is 8.36% in fruit. It yields about 38.0 - 60 t fresh fruit per hm2. It is resistant to diseases and tolerant to high hot-wet climate. It is good for spring-summer open-field cultivation and over-autumn greenhouse euhure in the Yangtze River Valley.
