经络实质探讨——有序态毛细血管网络假说

本假说的观点包括四个方面,(一)认为经络的实质是有序态毛细血管网络,此网络的特征是,网络内毛细血管的排列多与所在经络线一致;网络内的血液来自多个微动脉并汇入多个微静脉;网络内毛细血管壁各细胞间的连接以缝隙连接(Gap junction)为主.而无序态毛细血管网络的特点是,网络内毛细血管的排列和血流方向遵循自一微动脉至一微静脉的模式,网络内毛细血管壁各细胞间的连接以紧密连接(Tight junction)为主.(二)认为毛细血管的节律性舒缩是一种以毛细血管壁细胞受刺激后形成动作电位为基础的生物波,波动的传递是以动作电位(或生物电)传递为前提的.自刺激源发出的波动可沿有序态毛细血管网络作迅速和较长距离的传递,而在无序态毛细血管网络中传递的范围有限.(三)认为经络对脏腑的作用是经下述三个途径实现的,一是通过同频率生物波的共振;一是通过神经的节段性反射;一是通过生物波的直接传递.(四)认为毛细血管前括约肌是构成经穴的关键性结构.

THE STUDY OF MERIDIAN SUBSTANCE——HYPHOTHESIS FOR ORDERLY BLOOD CAPILLARY NETWORK

The hypothesis embraces four aspects: 1. Substance of meridian is regarded as orderly blood capillary network whose feature is that most of arrangements of capillary in the network are in keeping with meridian lines, blood in the network comes from microarteries and returns microveins, and junction among cells of capillary wall in the network lays stress on gap junction. The feature of unorderly blood capillary network is, however, that arrangement and blood flow of capillary follow such a pattern from a microartery to a microvein, and junction among cells of capillary wall lays stress on tight junction. 2. The rhythmical motor (constriction and relaxation) of capillary is regarded as a kind of biowaves which are formed on the basis of motion potential after the cells of capillary wall are stimulated. Transmition of the motor presupposes transmition of bioelectricity (Motion potential). The biowave from source of stimulation can keep fast and long distance transmition in orderly blood capillary network. But the range of transmition in unorderly blood capillary network is limited. 3. Meridian acts on tissues and organs is to be completed through three ways below, 1) resoname of biowave with same frequency, 2) segmental reflax of nerve, and 3) direct transmition of biowave. 4) precapillary sphincter is the key conponent of acupuncture piont.
