| Abstract: | This paper introduced the research and regulation of tobacco enzymatic browning reaction,analyzed the existing problems and deficiencies in understanding the mechanism and occurrence conditions of tobacco enzymatic browning reaction,and clarified the mechanism and occurrence conditions of tobacco enzymatic browning reaction.On this basis,the scientific principle of enzymatic browning reaction of tabacco was discussed.The development trend of enzymatic browning reaction in tobacco was prospected. |
