| 摘 要： | 以河北杨体细胞抗盐性变异系再生植株试管苗为材料，采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法，对７个变异系及其对照系的过氧化物酶同工酶、酯酶同工酶、苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶、谷氨酸脱氢酶同工酶、异柠檬酸脱氢酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶同工酶进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Using the plants of somatic salt-resistant variation lines of Populus hopeiennsis in vitroas materials, the isoenzymorgram of peroxidase, FEST, MDH, GDH, ICDandLDH of 7 variation lines and contrast line were analysed through the methods of horizontal polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis. The results showed that each variation line had some variations in at least one ofthe 6 isoenzymorgrams compared with the contrast line. These facts indicated that 7 variationlines are all mutants. |
