西葫芦主要农艺性状的遗传相关与通径分析

摘    要:相关分析表明,单株西葫芦产量与结瓜数呈极显著正相关,r=0.848**;与前期产量呈显著正相关,r=0.826*;与其他农艺性状相关不显著。通径分析表明,单瓜质量和结瓜数两个性状对产量形成的直接作用最大,这两个性状对产量的决定系数总和达0.993,可以作为西葫芦高产育种的主要选择性状。

Abstract:The results showed that the phenotypic correlations were lower than genetic correlations.The yield per plant was highly significantly correlated with the number of fruit.r=0.848~(**);and significantly correlated with the yield of earlier stage,r=0.826~*.The results on genetic path analysis showed that the yield was directly affected by two agronomic traits,average fruit mass per plant and the number of fruits 0.993.Therefore,these two characters could be taken as selection criteria for high yield.
