活性水对设施番茄苗期根系生长的影响初报

摘    要:为探明活性水对设施番茄苗期根系生长的影响效果,在日光温室内进行活性水灌溉试验,以常规灌溉为对照,对比分析处理21、36、41 d后的番茄单株根系生长指标(根系总长、根表系面积、根系体积、平均直径、根系鲜质量与根系干质量)。结果表明:活性水灌溉处理21 d后,单株番茄根系总长、根系表面积、根系体积、平均直径、根系鲜质量和根系干质量分别较对照增长56.65%、70.73%、93.33%、11.41%、52.17%和53.49%,各指标(除平均直径外)处理间差异均达显著水平;处理36d后,单株番茄根系总长、根系表面积、根系体积、平均直径、根系鲜质量和根系干质量分别较对照增长76.08%、82.01%、80.00%、7.39%、53.64%和75.98%,各指标(除平均直径外)处理间差异均达显著水平,各项生长指标在处理21 d的基础上持续优化;处理41 d(番茄定植5 d)后,单株番茄根系总长、根系表面积、根系体积、平均直径、根系鲜质量和根系干质量分别较对照增长75.19%、85.71%、77.27%、5.92%、63.05%和76.02%,各指标(除平均直径外)处理间差异均达显著水平,同时植...

Abstract:Abstract: In order to investigate the effect of active water on the root growth of tomato seedlings, the active water irrigation experiment was carried out in greenhouse with control of conventional irrigation, the root growth indexes of tomato per plant (root total length, root surface area, root volume, average diameter, root fresh mass and root dry mass) after 21, 36, 41 days of treatment were compared and analyzed. The results showed that, after 21 days of active water irrigation, root total length, root surface area, root volume, average diameter, root fresh mass and root dry mass per plant increased by 56.65%, 70.73%, 93.33%, 11.41%, 52.17% and 53.49% compared with the control, respectively, and indexes (except the average diameter) had significant differences among treatments. After 36 days of treatment, the total root length, root surface area, root volume, average diameter, root fresh mass and root dry mass per plant increased by 76.08%, 82.01%, 80.00%, 7.39%, 53.64% and 75.98% compared with the control, respectively, with significant differences in all indexes (except average diameter). The growth indexes were continuously optimized on the basis of treatment for 21 days. After 41 days of treatment (5 days after tomato planting), the total root length, root surface area, root volume, average diameter, root fresh mass and root dry mass per plant increased by 75.19%, 85.71%, 77.27%, 5.92%, 63.05% and 76.02% compared with the control, respectively, with signifi cant differences in all indexes (except average diameter), and the plant growth was better, with leaf length, stem diameter and leaf number per plant signifi cantly increased by 17.15%, 17.22% and 31.2%, respectively. The results indicated that the active water was benefi cial to the root growth of tomato seedlings.
