银杏种质离体保存的研究

摘    要:银杏胚对培养基养分浓度水平要求不严,但活性炭和生长素在胚根正常萌发过程中具有重要作用,种子贮存方式及培养容器对银杏胚培养也有一定影响;低温、高渗化合物处理能有效抑制胚试管苗生长,延长保存期限,培养基干涸是胚培养物失活的主要原因,保存后的试管苗没有发生遗传变异。

Abstract:The ginkgo ( Ginkgo biloba ) embryo was found quite flexible to the nutrient concentration levels of the culture media. However, the activated carbon and growth auxins used showed a significant effect on root formation, and the ways by which the seed nuts were stored as well as the cultural containers influenced the embryo culture to a certain extent. Treatment with low temperature and highly permeable chemical compounds effectively inhibited the growth of the tube plantlets, thus lengthening the conservation period. Drying out of the culture media was mainly responsible for the inactivation of the embryo substance being cultured, and no genetic variation was observed in the conserved tube plantlets.
