摘    要:选幼儿园4.5~6.0岁幼儿27人食用增锌课题组人员研制的增锌蛋进行效果试验。采用分期试验法。前期对照,后期试验,各一个月。每人每天,对照期吃普通鸡蛋1枚,试验期吃增锌鸡蛋1枚。试验始、末各采幼儿静脉血样一次,逐样检测血清锌。血清锌含量,试验始、末分别为0.99±0.12μg/mL、1.15±0.18μg/mL,提高了16.2%。厌食和皮肤皱裂人数分别由试验前6人、3人减为2人、1人。参试幼儿每天增食此增锌鸡蛋1枚,可明显提高血清锌含量,改善健康状况

Abstract:The effective experiment of eating increased zinc eggs of hens were carried out in a kindergarten on 27 children between 4.5 and 6.0 years old, by feeding them the increased zinc eggs researched by egg and milk increased zinc study project. The early days as a contrast, and later period experiment, was respectively one month. In contrast period, each child ate one normal egg per diem, and in experiment period ate one increased zinc egg. Children vein blood was sampled separately, and the zinc contents of the blood serum was tested and measured. The results showed that the zinc contents were increased by 16.2 % from beginning (0.99±0.12μg /mL) to end (1.15±0.18μg /mL). In addition, the numbers of sick eating and skin chapped or corrugated children decreased from 6 and 3 to 2 and 1 respectively. Children zinc contents in serum increased obviously, and their health state was improved also by eating increased zinc eggs.
