摘    要:为提高苦瓜甙的得率,采用超声—微波协同提取法进行苦瓜甙的制备。实验以苦瓜为原料,以超声为辅,微波为主的协同方法提取苦瓜中的苦瓜甙,主要考察了在相同超声(360 W,10 min)处理的条件下,不同微波提取工艺对苦瓜甙提取率的影响。实验以微波功率、辐射时间、料液比3个因素进行单因素实验,然后在单因素基础上进行正交试验。实...
