摘    要:利用自行研制的试验台,进行了钉齿间距对单轴流脱粒与分离装置脱粒性能影响的试验研究,得出了钉齿间距变化对功耗、断穗率、含杂率、糙米率、茎秆破碎程度以及损失率等性能指标的影响规律,确定钉齿间距的合理取值为16 cm,为该装置的进一步研究提供理论依据。

Abstract:In this paper,the author used a self-developed test-bed,and carried out an experimental research about the spike-tooth spacing's the performance impact on a single axial flow threshing and separating unit,thus obtained the test result that spike-tooth spacing's changing can influence the power consumption,broken ears rate,impurity rate,rubbish rate,brown rice rate,straw broken degree and loss rate,which determined the reasonable value of spike-tooth spacing is 16 cm,and provided a theoretical basis for the ...
