摘    要:为更好地开发利用食用菌资源,采用热水浸提和乙醇沉淀法纯化得到香菇、金针菇、草菇、平菇、杏鲍菇和茶树菇6种食用菌多糖,苯酚-硫酸法测其多糖含量,其范围为6.80±0.19~31.87±0.27 mg.g-1;红外光谱进一步对多糖结构进行分析,结果表明:6种食用菌多糖具有明显的多糖特征吸收峰,且结构相似。

Abstract:The polysaccharides were extracted from lentinus edodes,flammulina velutipes,volvaria volvacea,pleurotusostreatus,pleurotus eryngii and agrocybe cylindracea of six kinds of edible fungus using hot water extraction followed by ethanol precipitation.The content of polysaccharides ranged from 6.80±0.19 mg·g-1 to 31.87±0.27 mg·g-1 by phenol-sulfuric acid assay.The six kinds of polysaccharides exhibited typical absorption of polysaccharide characterized by IR spectroscopy,and showed the similar structural.
