摘    要:为了使基因工程中剪股颖愈伤组织发挥更好的效果,以冷季型草坪草剪股颖的成熟种子为研究材料,通过改变不同培养基添加物、添加不同质量浓度的2,4-D(2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸)等,研究了在不同培养条件下GA3诱导对剪股颖愈伤组织形成的影响。结果表明:不论在何种培养条件下,均以经50 mg.L-1 GA3溶液中浸泡4 d的愈伤组织...

Abstract:To improve the efficiency of callus formation of the cold-season creeping bentgrass,induction experiments were performed under the condition of changing 2,4-D concentration and adding different additives in the media.The results showed that the optimal callus formation condition was soaking the seeds in 50 mg·L-1 GA3 solution for 4 days under the different culture conditions.The optimal 2,4-D concentration for callus induction was 5.0 mg·L-1,adding proline or /and casein hydrolysate in the culture medium can considerably promote the callus formation ratio of creeping bentgrass.
