摘    要:目前,类雌激素农药对生态系统和人口健康造成的危害日益受到人们的关注。类雌激素农药会影响雌性哺乳动物的内分泌系统,导致生殖和发育方面的畸形。本文就类雌激素农药的概念及其对雌性哺乳动物的毒性作用,并着重从咪鲜胺的类雌激素作用机制、检测方法和今后研究趋势3个方面进行阐述,以期对于同行研究类雌激素农药对哺乳动物生殖毒理方面的研究有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract:The harm of xenoestrogenic pesticides to ecosystem and population health has attracted more and more attention. The xenoestrogenic pesticides can affect the endocrine system of female mammals, causing malformations in reproduction and development. In this paper, the concept of xenoestrogenic pesticides and their toxic effects on female mammals were discussed, and the effect of xenoestrogenic pesticides-prochloraz on the reproductive physiology of female mammals and the mechanism of their differentiation were expounded from three aspects: the mechanism of xenoestrogenic pesticides, detection methods and future research trend,Which would be very important to other researchers in this field..
