半合子Bt基因抗虫杂交棉产量主要构成因素分析

摘    要:通过对15个半合子Bt基因抗虫棉杂交种产量主要构成性状的遗传相关分析,研究了抗虫棉杂交种构成产量的主要性状间相关性及其对产量的影响。结果表明,陆地棉杂交种在Bt基因半合子状态下,株铃数对皮棉产量的作用最大,直接通径和综合作用均为第1位。衣分次之,综合作用为第2位,直接通径为第3位。铃重对皮棉产量的直接通径较大,为第2位,综合作用为负值,主要是与衣分、株铃数较高的负相关所致。据此认为,不可片面追求铃重的提高,要特别注意协调与其他产量性状的关系。霜前皮棉产量与皮棉产量具有较高的负相关,对早熟性的选择应以在有效生长时间内具有较高的产量或具有较高的经济效益为宜。

Abstract:Based on the heredity and correlation analysis of main yield characters of fifteen hybrids of Sub Bt gene anti-insect cotton,the relationships between main yield components and their effects on yield of anti-insect hybrid cotton were studied in the paper.The result showed that,for upland cotton hybrid under Sub Bt gene background,the number of cotton bolls had the greatest contribution to cotton lint yield,and both straight path and synthetic function were in the first place;The synthetic function and straight path of the lint percentage was the second and the third,respectively.Boll weight had bigger straight path to the cotton lint yield(second place),but its synthetic function was negative because of its negative correlation with lint percentage and boll number.This indicated that it is unreasonable to increae partially the boll weight and more attention should be put on the relations between boll weight and other yield components.Cotton lint yield before frost had a high negative correlation with total cotton lint yield,so the selection of early-maturity should be based on the higher yield or the higher economic benefits within a effective growth time.
