基于ADAMS的随动复合平衡抽油机动力仿真

摘    要:介绍了随动复合平衡抽油机的结构和基本参数,对曲柄净扭矩的计算公式进行了推导,说明了利用ADAMS进行抽油机动力仿真的基本步骤,给出了模型的建立和加载的方法,并对仿真结果进行了分析。分析结果表明,与异相型曲柄平衡抽油机相比,随动复合平衡抽油机的动力性能得以改善,具有较好的节能效果。

Abstract:The structural and basic parameters of servo balance compound beam pumping unit were introduced. The basic steps of dynamical simulation of the pumping unit under ADAMS environment were specified by describing the method of modeling and load exerting. The simulation data were analyzed. Analysis results show that comparing to phased crank-balanced pumping unit,the servo compound balance beam pumping unit has better dynamic performance and good energy saving characteristics.
