小麦籽粒灌浆特性的遗传

摘    要:利用8个亲本的双列杂交材料,按Hayman分析法研究了小麦籽粒灌浆特性的遗传规律。结果表明,小麦籽粒灌浆特性符合加性-显性遗传模型。基因作用以加性效应为主,部分显性。籽粒灌浆期性状的显性方向指向增效,籽粒灌浆速率的显性方向指出减效。所有性状均有较高的狭义遗传力,hN^2=0.71 ̄0.93,可在杂种早代选择。灌浆期与灌浆速率二类性状群分别有一致的遗传行为,在遗传方式上与一个单位性状的表现相似。

Abstract:The inheritance of the grain filling Characters (GFC ) in wheat were analysed using a 8 X 8 diallel cross. The results showed that the additive-dominance model was satisfactory for all grain filling characters which studied tviththe Hayrnan's .method of diallel cross analguis The additive effects were predominant in CFC which showed partialdominance. The alleles which gave long GFP tended to be dominant.and the ones which gave low CFR tended to bedominant. The narrow heritability of GFC were higher, which could be selected in early hybrid generations as a indirect character of grain yield.
