水稻种子的发芽规律及其控制措施研究

Study on the Seed Germination Law and Its Control Measure in Rice

The germination percentaage examination of rice seeds with different mature degree was done. The result indicated that: The higher the mature degree of rice seeds, the higher the germination percentage. The germination uniformity of rice seeds could reach 70% after 20d of pollination, which was more than 80% after 25d of pollination.Stoving treatment could not enhance the germination uniformity of mid-mature rice seeds. The well matured rice seeds could well germinate without stoving and the germination uniformity was also high. In addition, five medicines could effectly break the seed dormancy and, enhance the germination percentage. The germination unifornity was increased significantly as compared to the check(water) after the rice seeds being treated with 1 %H2O2,0. 1NH2SO4 and 0. 2NKNO3.
