贵州芥菜型油菜含油率与各生育阶段的遗传相关及通径分析

摘    要:以贵州芥菜型油菜地方品种,进行含油率与各生育阶段的遗传相关与通径分析。结果表明:5个生育阶段与含油率呈不同程度的遗传相关,它们的大小顺序为:抽苔至初花〉现蕾至抽苔〉出苗至现蕾〉终花至成熟〉初花至终花。5个生育阶段对含油率的直接通径大小依次为:出苗至现蕾〉初花至终花〉抽苔至初花〉终花至成熟〉现蕾至抽苔。从遗传相关、通径分析的大小排列顺序可看出:出苗至现蕾、初花至终花、抽苔至初花这3个生育阶段是影响油

Abstract:It was conducted that the path analysis of growing stages relating to oil content of seed of Guizhou B, juncea- The results showed that five growing stages with oil content of seed had different genetic correlation. and the order of the genetic related coefficient followed as, bolting to first flowering>squring to bolting >seedling e-merged to squaring>end flowering stage. The order of the path coefficient of five growing stages with oil content of seed was:seedling emerged to squaring>first flowering to end flowering>bolting to first flowering>end flowering to maturing >squaring to bolting stage. The above results showed that Seedling emerged to squaring .first flowering to end flowering and bolting to first flowering were important stages which influenced oil content of seed greatly. To the stable category in seedling emerged to squaring stage, the main way to incrase oil content of seed markedly was to select the types wlich have two longer stages of bolting to first flowering stage and first flowering to end flowering stage. For the other category, little increase of oil content of seed could be reached by selecting those which have two longer stage of first flowering to end flowering stage and end flowering to maturing stage.
