| 摘 要： | 该文以玉米种子为材料研究了钙对种子活力的影响。在0～40mmol／LCa（2 ）水平，低浓度的钙离子对＃种子的发芽率和活力均有提高作用，随着浓度升高作用减弱，最适浓度为10mmol／L。Ca（2 ）对GA有加成作用，对ABA有拮抗作用。EDTA和EGTA能降低种子活力，2．5和10mmol／LCa（2-）能部分解除EDTA和EGTA对种子活力的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | The effects of calcium on vigor of Zea mays L. seeds were studied' Among 0-40 mmol/LCa(2-) levels. germination percentage and vigor of seed were improved by low Ca(2-) concentration.and were decreased by high Ca(2-)concentration. The optimum concentration was 10 mmol/LCa(2-), It was shown that the effects of Ca(2 ) and gibberellin were additive in the enhancement of seed vigor, and that Ca(2-) could antagonize the inhibitive effect of abscisic acid on seed vigor. EDTA and EGTA could decrease seed vigor, but Ca(2 ) concentration of 2. 5 and 10 mmol/L could partially remove the inhibitory effect of EDTA and EGTA on seed vigor. |
