黑麦Imperial与KingⅡ中白粉病抗性基因的染色体定位

摘    要:目的]将黑麦Imperial及KingⅡ所带的白粉病抗性基因定位在染色体上,为其在小麦育种中的应用奠定基础。方法]以2套小麦-黑麦附加系(中国春×Imperial和Holdfast×KingⅡ)为研究材料,研究黑麦Imperial及KingⅡ中白粉病抗性基因的染色体位置。结果]中国春×Imperial的附加系6R和Holdfast×KingⅡ的附加系3R和6R对白粉病具有免疫力。这说明黑麦Imperial的白粉病抗性基因位于6R染色体上,而黑麦KingⅡ中白粉病抗性基因位于3R和6R染色体上。黑麦KingⅡ的3R染色体上的白粉病抗性基因可能是新基因,为小麦育种提供了新的白粉病抗原。这说明3R和6R染色体上的白粉病抗性基因可在小麦中表达。结论]该研究为将黑麦白粉病抗性基因导入小麦提供了依据。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to locate the resistance gene carried by rye species Imperial and King Ⅱ against powdery mildew on chromosomes and lay the foundation for its application in the breeding of wheat.Method] With 2 wheat-rye addition lines(Zhongguochun×Imperial,Holdfast×King Ⅱ) as research materials,the chromosome location of the resistance genes in rye Imperial and KingⅡ against powdery mildew were studied.Result] The addition line 6R of Zhongguochun × Imperial and the addition lines 3R and 6R of Holdfast×King Ⅱ had the immunity to against powdery mildew.This indicated that the resistance gene in rye Imperial to powdery mildew was located at 6R chromosome and that in rye King Ⅱ was located at chromosomes 3R and 6R.The resistance gene at 3R chromosome of rye King Ⅱ against powdery mildew was possibly new gene,which provided new antigen against powdery mildew in the breeding of wheat.This indicated that the resistance genes on chromosomes 3R and 6R against powdery mildew could be expressed in wheat.Conclusion] This research provided the basis for introducing the resistance gene in rye to against powdery mildew into wheat.
