小麦不同轮回选择方案的遗传改良效果研究

摘    要:本研究利用太谷核不育小麦建立丰产、抗赤霉病轮回选择群体。针对同一基础群体C_0,分别按四种轮回选择方案在各自隔离区内进行了两年轮选。以随机交配群体作对照,对不同轮回选择方案的遗传改良效果进行了研究。结果表明:半同胞家系选择法对农艺性状和抗赤霉病性的综合改良效果最好;其次为阶梯式选择法。混合选择法和半同胞交配选择法的综合改良效果相对较差;但对株高,主穗结实小穗数等单个性状的改良效果十分显著。文中对不同轮回选择方案的应用进行了讨论。

Abstract:Using Taigu genie male sterile wheat, recurrent selections were initiated for high grain yield and resistance to scab. Four kinds of recurrent selection programs were conducted to the same basic population (C_0) for two successive years. With random intermating population as CK, genetic improving effects of differents selection programs were studied. A comparative analysis indicated that half-sib family selection was most effective, the followed by the new strain introducing selection. The effects of mass selection and half-sib mating selection are relatively poor, but still better than that of CK. Applications of different selection programs are discussed in this paper.
