摘    要:微卫星(microsatellites)或简单序列重复(simple sequence repeats,SSRs)是以1~6个碱基为基本单元的串联重复序列,具有含量丰富、多态性高、共显性和检测方法简单等优点,是研究植物遗传多样性的优异的分子标记之一,已被用于多种植物的遗传多样性研究。概述了微卫星DNA标记的原理及特点,介绍了其实验技术方法及发展,探讨了其在植物遗传多样性中的应用和发展前景。

Abstract:Microsatellite, also known as simple sequence repeats,was random repetitive sequences composed of motif of 1~6bp. As it had many advantages, such as abundance, high polymorphism, codominance, simple process, microsatellite DNA marker was one of the excellent molecular marker in plant genetic diversity research .It had been applied to genetic diversity research in many plants. The theory and characteristics was briefly summarized .Its experimentation methods and development was presented. The application and future in plant genetic diversity research was discussed.
