| 摘 要： | 从房地产绿地景观视觉美化、生态效益最大化和使用舒适化的理念出发，以昆明绿佳苑小区为例，对小区主景绿地、组团绿地、沿街绿地以及围墙绿地进行植物造景设计。对不同绿地类型及地块特征采取不同的绿地植物景观设计手段，为营造美观适用的小区植物景观提供参考。

| Abstract: | Taking Kunming Lvjiayuan residential quarter as an example, the plant landscaping design was conducted separately for the main area, residential groups, sidewalk trees and the fencing green space based on the principles of pursuing both the best landscape beautification effect and the maximum ecological effect for the residential quarters. Different landscaping plant design measures were taken for varied green spaces according to the land feature and site characteristics which would provide reference for landscaping plant design of similar residential quarters. |
