蒙古扁桃的组织培养与快速繁殖技术研究

摘    要:目的]对蒙古扁桃(Prunus mongolica Maxim.)的组织培养与快速繁殖技术进行研究。方法]以蒙古扁桃幼嫩茎段为外植体进行组织培养试验。结果]筛选出适合蒙古扁桃外植体的诱导培养基为MS+6-BA0.80mg/L+IAA1.20mg/L+30g/L蔗糖+5g/L琼脂粉,pH值为6.0~6.2;愈伤组织诱导培养基为MS+6-BA1.00mg/L+NAA0.10mg/L+30g/L蔗糖+5g/L琼脂粉,pH值为6.0~6.2;继代芽分化培养基为MS+6-BA0.80mg/L+IAA1.50mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L+30g/L蔗糖+5g/L琼脂粉,pH值为6.0~6.2;生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA0.50mg/L+根皮苷5.00mg/L+15g/L蔗糖+5g/L琼脂粉,pH值为6.0~6.2;以草炭:蛭石:珍珠岩=2:1:1为移栽基质效果最好。结论]为蒙古扁桃品种改良及工厂化繁育提供参考。
