贮藏年限对种子发芽率的影响

摘    要:对实验室贮藏不同年限的7种作物种子35份材料的发芽率变化进行了研究。研究结果表明,不同作物种子发芽率变化各年不同,年降速率为0.135%~0.543%,其中以豌豆年降速率最大,豇豆最小,不同作物间差异达极显著水平。年度间作物发芽率差异也显著,经最小显著极差法测验,对照(1a),6a与24a种子发芽率差异达极显著水平;对照与11a,11a与24a种子发芽率差异达显著水平。6a与11a,对照与6a之间种子发芽率差异不显著。

Abstract:The germination percentage variance of 35 materials of 7 crops were studied, which were stored more than 20 years in storage room. The results indicated that the variance of germination percentage of different crops were different, the reducing rates were between 0.135%-0.543%.
