摘    要:以美国HD-I-S-1980为标准品、3龄小菜蛾为供试虫,对8010工业菌剂进行效价测定.在25℃.下经48h、光照300lx,其样品死亡机率值与浓度对数值的回归方程是y=-0.1085x+1.98(r=0.99),LC_(50)=380.18μg/mL;标准品为y=2.496x+1.87(r=0.96),LC_(50)=21.83/μg/mL.8010工业菌粉效价为919.16IU/mL.

Abstract:The virulence of wettable powder 8010 product was tested by using the 3rd instar larvae of Plutella xylostella as insect sample and HD-1-S-1980 as standard. The regression equations for the value of sample dead probability and concentration logarithmic value were y=3x+0.86 (r=0.98), LC_(50)=206.65 μg/mL and y=3.76x+1.47 (r=0.98), LC_(50)=6.995 μg/ mL respectively when the infected larvae were incubated at 25℃ for 48 h. Therefore, the virulence of wettable powder 8010 product was determined as 919.16 IU/mg.
