高速磁力泵隔离套的磁涡流损失

摘    要:为了快速准确地研究不同金属材料的隔离套对高速磁力泵磁涡流损失的影响。该文利用ANSYS软件分别对采用不同金属材料TC4和1Cr18Ni9Ti的磁力泵隔离套进行有限元分析,得到涡流损失数值分析结果,并与涡流损失试验值进行对比。对比表明:在除隔离套材料不同外其余完全相同的条件下,1Cr18Ni9Ti材料隔离套产生的涡流损失是TC4材料的2.26倍,模拟值与试验值基本吻合。磁涡流损失的模拟方法是可行的。验证了TC4钛合金是高速磁力泵隔离套的理想材料。

Abstract:In order to quickly and accurately study the effects of containment shell material on the eddy current loss of high-speed magnetic drive pump, containment shells using materials TC4 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti were simulated using ANSYS software. The numerical results of eddy current loss were compared with those of experiment. The comparison results showed that, the eddy current loss generated by 1Cr18Ni9Ti was 2.26 times more than that of TC4 when other parameters were the same. The numerical results were in agreement with that of experiment, thus the credibility of numerical simulation eddy current loss was proved. Besides, it was also proved that TC4 was an ideal material for containment shells of magnetic driving pump.
