| 摘 要： | 运用正交设计,研究了乙醇浓度、乙醇量、回流次数和回流时间4个因素对金银花中绿原酸提取工艺的影响,并用紫外吸收法对其绿原酸的含量进行了测定。结果表明,75%乙醇,用量60 mL,回流2次,每次1 h为最佳提取条件。

| Abstract: | The four factors are the concent ration of ethanol,volume of solvent,extraction times and extraction hour.The effect of four factors on the concent ration of chlorogenic acid in flos lonicerae is examined by orthogonal design and ultraviolet absorption method.The result showed that 75% ethanol,60 mL,2 times,1 h each time is the best extraction method. |
