外源水杨酸对玉米幼苗生理特性的影响

摘    要:用不同浓度的外源水杨酸对玉米幼苗进行处理,研究水杨酸对玉米幼苗生长和发育的影响。结果表明:一定浓度的水杨酸处理对玉米幼苗的鲜重、苗高、叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性以及丙二醛(MDA)、相对外渗率都有明显影响,在水杨酸浓度为1.5mg/L时效果较好,鲜重和苗高分别比对照增加了45.6%和28.2%;叶绿素含量、SOD和POD的活性也分别比对照增加了147.7%、53.8%和72.4%;MDA和相对外渗率分别比对照下降9.6%和17.3%。

Abstract:The maize seedlings were treated by different concentrations of exogenous salicylic acid in this experiment.Some of merphyoloyical and physiological characters of maize seedling were measured after treatment.The results showed that the growth and development of seedlings could be promoted after 1.5 mg/L treatment.The fresh weight and seedlings height were increased by 45.6 and 28.2 respectively.Also,Chlorophyll content,activities of SOD and POD were increased by 147.7 ,53.8 and 72.4 ,respectively.The MDA and electrolyte leakage rate were decreased by 9.6 and 17.3 ,respectively.
