延边奶山羊羔羊超数排卵及体外成熟的研究

目的]对延边奶山羊羔羊超数排卵及体外成熟进行研究.方法]以延边奶山羊为试验对象,研究不同超排方案对羔羊卵泡发育的影响,比较了羔羊超排处理后与成年母羊卵巢内的卵母细胞体外成熟的差异.结果]延边奶山羊的最佳超排方案为CIDR＋PMSG 800 IU注射1次＋FSH（加拿大）20 IU/次,间隔12 h注射6次;宁波产FSH超排效果不稳定,卵泡回收率低.成年母羊卵母细胞的体外成熟率显著高于母羔羊超排卵母细胞.结论]该研究为建立延边奶山羊JIVET技术体系提供依据.

Study on the Superovulation and Maturation in vitro of Yanbian Dairy Goat Lamb

Objective ] The research aimed to study the superovulation and maturation in vitro of Yanbian＇ dairy goat lamb. Method ] With Yanbian dairy goat as test object,the effects of different superovulation methods on the oocyte development of lamb were studied. And the differ- ences between lamb superovulation and maturation in vitro of ooeyte in the ovary of adult ewes were compared. Result] The best superovulation method of Yanbian dairy goat was to inject 800 IU PMSG ＋ CIDR ,then injecting six times of 20 IU FSH （Canada） per times at an interval of 12 h. The superovulation effect of FSH （Ningbo） was unstable and the recovery rate of follicles was low. The maturation rate in vitro of adult ewes oo- cytes was significantly higher than that of superovulation oocytes of female lamb. Conclusion] The research provided basis for establishing JIVET technology system of Yanbian dairy goat.
