类黄酮对蛋鸡脂类代谢的影响

摘    要:270只31周龄海赛克斯褐壳蛋鸡,随机分为9个处理。试验2-5组日粮分别添加5mg/kg、10mg/kg、20mg/kg、40mg/kg茶多酚,试验6-9组日粮分别添加5mg/kg、10mg/kg、20mg/kg、40mg/kg大豆黄酮。试验为期8周。研究茶多酚(多酚类黄酮)、大豆黄酮(二酚类黄酮)对蛋鸡生产性能的影响,并从脂类代谢角度探讨类黄酮对蛋鸡的作用柚是及其可能的作用途径。结果表明:(1)茶多酚和大豆黄酮均显著地降低蛋黄甘油三酯,降低最大幅度分别为14.7%和16.7%(P<0.05)。(2)40mg/kg茶多酚或10mg/kg大豆黄酮有降低血浆总胆固醇、甘 一酯、LDL-C的趋势。(3)茶多酚和大豆黄酮均显著升高了蛋鸡血浆雌二醇和胰岛素的水平。(4)茶多酚和大豆黄酮有提高产蛋率的作用,尤其添加10mg/kg大豆黄酮,产蛋率显著提高7.2%(P<0.05)。

Abstract:270 31 week old Hexics laying hens were divided into nine groups,fed a basal diet supplemented with 0,5,10,20,40 mg/kg tea polyphenols (TP) or 5,10,20,40 mg/kg daidzein(DA) for a period of 8 weeks respectively,ad libitum.The results showed that(1)Egg production was improved to a certain extent by supplementing TP or DA.(2)No significant change of total cholesterol and LDL C was found in plasma levels of layers,which might due to high plasma lipid levels or strong ability of keeping high plasma lipid levels of layers at peak egg production.(3)Supplemental TP or DA decreased egg yolk triglyceride concentration by 14 7% and 16 7% respectively(P<0 05).(4)The influences of the additions of TP and DA on liver lipid content were different.Supplemental TP decreased liver lipid content(P>0 05),but DA having no this effect.(5)Estradiol and insulin levels in plasma were increased significantly by the addition of TP or DA.It suggested that the two isoflavonoids might play their roles through regulating neuroendocrine system.
