摘    要:介绍了游离甲醛的危害性、我国人造板产品释放游离甲醛的现状和国内外的研究现状,分析了BL-甲醛消纳剂的研究意义、特点和优势,与类似产品降低游离甲醛的效果进行了对比;同时以中密度纤维板和刨花板为例说明了BL-甲醛消纳剂在人造板上与脲胶混合使用的方法、热压过程中消纳甲醛的机理和显著效果,从而为进一步研究、创新、优化BL-甲醛消纳剂奠定了实践和理论基础。

Abstract:On the basis of introducing toxicity of formaldehyde and present state of controlling free formaldehyde emission from panel at home and abroad, this paper lay emphasis on discussing the research and development of BL-formaldehyde absorptive reagent, its reaction mechanism and application method, which pave the way for popularizing BL-reagent. Also,laboratory and production-scale experiment results of using BL-reagent in PB and MDF manufacture are presented, which show BL-reagent has remarkable effect of reducing free formaldehyde emission.
