摘    要:厌氧消化作为一种生物降解和产沼气技术,已成为解决农业废弃物面源污染问题的有效途径之一。其发酵过程更是一个复杂的生物转化过程,因此过程监控显得尤为重要。该文系统综述了国内外厌氧消化在线监控技术的发展现状,并提出了需要进一步研究的科学和技术问题。分析表明,目前应用于厌氧消化过程的控制系统主要为:基于嵌入式微控制器监控系统、基于可编程逻辑控制器监控系统及基于工业控制计算机监控系统。为控制系统实时传输采集数据的传感器包括:电化学传感器、光谱学传感器、色谱学传感器等。基于目前所研究内容,该文提出:(1)依据厌氧消化过程的特点,搭建更加精准、稳定、适用范围更广的在线监控系统是该领域研究的核心问题;(2)增加有关物料特性方面监测参数,提高沼气产量和厌氧消化效率应是未来的研究重点。

Abstract:Anaerobic digestion, as a biodegradation and biogas production technology, has become one of the effective ways to solve the problem of non-point source pollution of agricultural wastes. Its fermentation process is a complex biotransformation process, so process monitoring is particularly important. This paper systematically reviewed the development of anaerobic digestion on-line monitoring technology at home and abroad, and put forward the scientific and technical problems needed further study. The analysis showed that the current control system for anaerobic digestion process was mainly based on embedded microcontrollers unit(MCU) monitoring system, programmable logic controller(PLC) monitoring system and monitoring system based on industrial personal computer(IPC). Sensors collecting data for control systems in real time included:electrochemical sensors, spectroscopy sensors, chromatographic sensors and so on. Based on the current research, this paper put forward:(1) According to the characteristics of anaerobic digestion and biogas production process, a more accurate, stable and wide range of on-line monitoring system was the core problem in this field.(2) Future research should be focus on monitoring parameters of material characteristics, improving biogas production and anaerobic digestion efficiency.
