摘    要:以高抗疫病的perenial、高感疫病的83-60,及perenial×83-60的F2代辣椒苗为材料,采用CTAB法提取辣椒基因组DNA,研究RAPD-PCR反应的相关影响因子,建立并优化了一组适合辣椒抗疫病研究的RAPD-PCR反应体系和程序。

Abstract:Perenial which is highly resistant to phytophthora blight, 83-60 which is highly susceptible to phytophthora blight, and their F2 progeny were used as experimental materials. The genomic DNA was isolated with CTAB method. The optimal RAPD system was set up by analyzing the key factors involved in the reaction system to study the resistance to phytophthora blight in pepper.
