| 摘 要： | 利用禽流感Re-1株灭活疫苗分别在肉雏鸡群1日龄和5日龄首免,二次免疫时间在12日龄,利用HA-HI试验,检测肉仔鸡在出栏前不同时期的免疫抗体水平。实验表明,肉仔鸡12日龄以前,受到母源抗体的影响,HI水平较高,而26～46日龄,免疫抗体水平较低,证明肉鸡一直到出栏前,禽流感免疫抗体都不合格。

| Abstract: | To use Re-1 bird flu strain inactivated vaccine group,respectively,in 1-day-old broiler chickens and free 5-day-old first and second time in 12-day-old immunization,and to use HA-HI tests to detect pre-slaughter broiler different times in the immune antibody levels. The experimental results showed that 12-day-old broiler ago by the impact of maternal antibodies,HI higher,and 26～46 days,a lower level of immune antibodies that broilers to slaughter before the avian flu antibodies have failed. |
