摘    要:研究结果表明:滩羊肌肉内的氨基酸(AA)、必需氨基酸(EAA)总量和与风味有关的蛋氨酸(Met)含量均显著高于小尾寒羊、滩寒F1组。这从理论上说明滩羊肉营养价值较高。

Abstract:The experimental result was follows:Total of essential amino acids,essential amino acid(EFA)and methuine(Met),etc,the contents of T-sheep were remarkable or relative higher than those of H-sheep and TH-sheep.It is obvious that meat of shed-T-sheep are not only delicious in taste but also nutritional.
