| 摘 要： | 国家农业综合开发项目监理,起步晚,实施也不够规范。根据2006年和2007年国家农业开发辽宁省土地治理项目监理工作中遇到的问题,阐述了农业综合开发监理的实施、对策和取得的效果,重点介绍了农业开发土地项目监理的特点、监理工作程序、监管体系、理的组织、实施措施方面的经验。
