脉动发动机排放物的分析研究

摘    要:对五种不同燃烧室体积的脉冲发动机在小、中和大油门开度三种供油条件下测定其排放物。结果表明,绝大部分过量空气系数小于1,但所有情况下脉动发动机在喷管末端处排放物中的有害化学成分HC含量都为0(小于100ppm),CO含量都不超过2×10^-2%;燃烧室体积变化对排放物中CO和HC含量无明显影响,说明在脉动燃烧过程中CO、HC的生成与声学结构关系不大;当油门开度适中时喷管内任何位置排放物中的HC和CO含量也几乎为零;油门开度较大时远离喷口喷管内的CO含量较高,但接近喷口位置处的CO含量又大大降低。

Abstract:The exhaust gas ingredients of pulse engines, with five different combustion chamber volumes, throttle valve at small, middle and wide opening positions respectively, are tested. The results show: the excess air coefficient is mainly below 1, but the content of HC, a harmful chemical compound from the emissions at the end of the exhaust tube, is zero all the time. (less than 100ppm) and the content of CO doesn't exceed 2 × 10^-2%; the change in combustion chamber volume has no noticeable effect on the contents of CO and HC in the emission, which indicates that CO and HC generated during the pulse combustion process have little to do with acoustic structure; with an appropriate throttle valve opening, the content of CO and HC is nearly zero at any position in the exhaust tube, while with a wide throttle valve opening, the content of CO in the exhaust pipe is much higher at the position far away from the nozzle, but reduces considerably near the nozzle.
