摘    要:简述了几种碳系导电填料的种类特性及其在木塑复合材料中的导电机理;分析了影响碳系导电填料在木塑复合材料中作用效果的几大因素,包括添加量、种类、形态和尺寸、复配、分散性以及制备工艺和成型方法等;提出抗静电木塑复合材料在实际应用中存在的问题,并探讨未来研究方向。

Abstract:The types and characteristics of several common carbon-based conductive fillers and their conductive mechanisms in wood-plastic composites (WPC) are briefly described. Several factors affecting the antistatic effect of carbon-based conductive fillers in WPC were analyzed. including the addition amount, type, morphology and size, compounding, dispersibility, preparation process and molding method. The problems existing in the application of antistatic WPC are proposed, and the future research directions are discussed.
