基于离散元素法的多维刨花摆动筛筛分效率研究

摘    要:基于离散元素法并运用EDEM软件,利用控制变量法进行试验,得到了各个因素与筛分效率之间的关系,研究了多维刨花摆动筛的振动频率、振动幅度、筛面倾角和自由度等因素对筛分效率的影响规律;采用正交试验模拟多维刨花摆动筛的筛分过程,获得了不同因素组合下多维刨花摆动筛的最佳工作模式。结果表明,在X/Z方向的两自由度激振模式,振动频率为7 Hz,振动幅度为11 mm,筛面倾角为3°的工作模式下,多维刨花摆动筛的筛分效果最好;根据优选方案,结果表明多自由度激振模式能够显著提高多维刨花筛的筛分效率和杂余排出率。

Abstract:Based on the discrete element method and EDEM software,the relationship between the factors and the screening efficiency was obtained by using the control variable method,studied the influence of vibration frequency,vibration amplitude,inclination angle and degree of freedom of multidimensional planer oscillating screen on screening efficiency,in order to obtain the best working mode of multidimensional planer swing screen under different combination of factors,orthogonal test was used to simulate the screening process of multidimensional planer swing screen.Results show that in the X/Z direction of the two degree of freedom vibration modes,vibration frequency for 7 Hz,the vibration amplitude is 11 mm,screen surface angle is 3°work mode,the multidimensional shavings oscillating sieve effect is the best;According to the optimal scheme,the results of comparative analysis show that the multi-degree-of-freedom vibration mode can significantly improve the screening efficiency and the residual discharge rate of the multi-dimensional particle sieve.
