关于国家公园基础设施体系构建的思考

通过分析不同保护地形式基础设施建设情况,比较不同国家和地区国家公园基础设施体系构成的异同,结合我国国家公园试点建设的现状及国情,从国家公园发挥的基本功能出发,充分体现保护和利用两方面,对我国国家公园基础设施体系构建进行思考,提出我国国家公园保护管理、公共服务、休憩住宿、道路交通、公用基础、急难救助、宣教标志、科研监测、防治灾害等9大基础设施建设体系,为国家公园基础设施的建设提供理论基础。

Consideration on the Construction of National Park Infrastructure System

The infrastructural facility construction status of different protection area forms was analyzed, the similarities and differences in the structure of national park infrastructure in different countries and regions were compared. By combining the current situation and national conditions of national park pilot construction in China, starting with the basic functions of national park, fully reflecting the protection and utilization, and considering the construction of national park infrastructure system in China, 9 infrastructural facility systems were put forward, including national park protection management, scientific research monitoring, road traffic, interpretation and education, recreation and accommodation, public services, emergency rescue, disaster prevention and control, and public infrastructure. Hope to provide exploratory research on national park infrastructure construction.
