| 摘 要： | 科技部农村开发中心主持的农村科技信息共享平台为实现信息资源共享而制定数据元规范和字典标准格式。本文主要阐述了数据元的概念、农村科技信息共享平台的数据元规范的基本架构、数据元的表示规范、设计方法、注册管理、数据元字典标准格式以及数据元分类和数据库的数据元索引。

| Abstract: | China rural technology development center of Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China has constituted the specification and dictionary of data element for rural data share.In the paper,the conception of data element,the specification of data element on rural science and technology information platform,the representation specification of data element,the design of data element,certified management of data element,the dictionary of data element,the classify of data element and the index of data element based on databases were discussed. |
