摘    要:本文通过总结分析多抗、高产、稳产、高配合力、优质育种目标的复杂性(所需聚合的优良基因对数很多)、必要性(竞争的综合目标不能简化降低)、迫切性(竞争形势要求育种速度必须很快),提出可逐步实现优良基因聚合与纯合、尽可能避免优良基因丢失漂变的群体轮回选择与目的性强、选育纯合速度快的系谱法选择结合运用的育种方案.根据育种实践结果,简要总结说明了在玉米二环系选育过程中,把自交系谱法选择与品系内群体轮回选择结合起来运用,不仅是可行的,而且是必要的。

Abstract:It was summed and analyzed to complexity(many good genes needed to polymerize together),necessity (synthetic target for competition can not be simplified)and urgency(breeding speedily required for situation competing) of maize breeding target with high-stable yield,resistance diseases,high combining ability and good quality,and suggested to one breeding scheme which combined the recurrent selection in maize strain population with the pedigree method in this paper.According to results of breeding practice,the paper explained the breeding scheme above was not only feasible but also necessary.
