问题-探究式教学方法在《食品生物技术》教学中的应用研究

摘    要:基于问题-探究式教学理念,在《食品生物技术》课程教学环节中进行了具有探索性的改革。实践证明:采用这一教学方法充分调动了学生学习的兴趣和主动性,有效地提高了学生探究问题的能力和创造性思维的培养,达到了较为理想的教学效果。

Abstract:Based on the teaching idea of question - inquiry teaching method, the exploratory reform on the teaching links of "food biotechnology" was conducted. The practice proved that adopting this teaching method could sufficiently increase the study interest and initiative of students, effectively enhance the ability of exploring questions, and foster the creative thinking of students. This teaching method finally achieved ideal teaching effect.
