| 摘 要： | 农资产品直接涉及农民增收和切身利益。不良经销商的出现对广大农民群众和农资生产企业利益都造成极大的损害。本文从不良经销商的行为表象入手,分析了不良经销商的成因和危害;并针对这些问题,提出了预见性的规避措施和处理办法,可为农药企业的市场营销提供一定的参考。

| Abstract: | Agricultural materials directly relate to the income and vital interests of the farmers. The occurrence of bad dealers caused heavy damages to the farmers and pesticide enterprises. This paper firstly describes the bad behavior appearance of bad dealers, and then analyzes its causes and hazards. Aiming to these, the author puts forward the corresponding measures and approaches to keep away the business risk caused by bad dealers, in order to provide some references for the business of pesticide enterprises. |
