| 摘 要： | 建设工程施工阶段监理的重点为质量、投资、进度3大控制，其监理的方法有旁站、巡回、跟踪、阅看报告、勘察丈量、定期不定期检查、见证取样、提前示范、拍照录像、平行检验等。并以云南省林木种苗基地行政用房为例进行了总结。

| Abstract: | There are 3 controls in quality, investment, and progress as focal points to supervise the implementation of the engineering construction. The methods for supervision such as side station, tour, tracking, report consultation, survey and measurement, regular & irregular examinations, sampling, demonstration, photographing, parallel test, and etc are presented. Summary from taking the employed houses for administration by forest wood & seedling base in Yunnan as an example is done. |
