| 摘 要： | 用高粱体细胞梯度筛选法筛选了在3％NaCl培养其中能存活的体细胞系，并获得了再生植株，利用芽期和苗期抗盐鉴定和产比结果表明，高粱体细胞抗盐新品系T011有较强的抗盐能力和高配合力。 |

| Abstract: | The sorghum somatic cell strain which could survive in 3% NaCl culture medium was screened out with gradient screening method, and the regenerative plant was obtained. According to saline stress identification and yield comparing experiment in bud and seedling stage, the results showed that the new strain T 011 had high saline stress and combining ability. |
